My Own Story

My Name is Russell Poad

....but it wasn't the name I was born with. That's a story for another day, though it's important to mention as it impacts significantly on what I write. 

I reside in Newcastle upon Tyne but have friends and family in New Zealand and the USA so who can say where life will ultimately lead me. 

I love music and especially guitar music. I'm a supporter of Newcastle United FC.
